• delivery times in Canada are between 3 and 5 days.
• USA and  international orders may be subject to customs and other fees and will be your responsibility.

All purchases on spun•up.ca can be returned for a full refund, less shipping fees, within 365 days of purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. So if you are not satisfied, here is how we handle returns:

• To start a return, complete the tangled in a question form.  We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your items.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwound, with its original packaging.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to send your items back,  as well as instructions on how to send your package. 
• Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
